You can call up the form for correcting, amending and releasing any text information at "my iF". Please click on "My entries", Entry data, Yearbook data (marked in red). Now you can edit and release your awarded entry. After the release we can use the data for further processing.

Please check your information thoroughly before clicking the "Release" button to release your data for the iF yearbook, the iF online exhibition and the certificates. After release you cannot edit the yearbook data anymore. Needless to say, you will receive a PDF file containing your yearbook page for your consideration.

If you care to submit your text in only one language (English or German), then please click the button to order a translation, which we will organize on your behalf. We reserve the right to independently commission a translation if the translation you have delivered does not meet our standards. The charge for a translation in either case is EUR 50 plus VAT.

The image material you delivered previously served as an information aid for the jury and has been included in the iF online exhibition. Now we require additional, higher-resolution data for the iF yearbook.

Should you nevertheless discover a mistake that iF has caused we will of course correct it immediately.

Corrections can be sent back in writing an e-mail within the following three days to:

After transfering the corrections to your page for the iF yearbooks 2012, we will send you another separate Email with a link to the PDF revision.

Further corrections or an exchange of the images and text data are no longer possible!

If we have not received any information from you until December 13, 2011 we automatically take your images and text data for accepted.

The publication date for the iF yearbooks 2012 is March, 2012.
We will send you a free copy immediately.
