Submission of entries

All participants must send their competition entries to the TAIPEI CYCLE d&i awards free of charge for iF and organizers and must arrive at the appointed warehouse between 10 Dec. 2012 and 1 Jan. 2013. Multiple entries can be sent as one consignment. All competition entries, as well as all product- and transport packaging, must be clearly labeled with entry-ID and category number. Additionally, all entries must be shipped in reusable packaging.

Registrations to category 01. Bicycles and 04. E-bikes + Pedelecs will automatically be seen as “self-assembly” and “self-dismantling” entries. Registrants are responsible for delivering the entry/entries to the jury venue directly and pick up the entry/entries from the jury venue after the jury day.

Delivery charges
Delivery must be free of charge to iF and organizers. Any customs duties for import and export have to be paid by the participant.

After the jury session

Return of award-winning products
Products that have received a TAIPEI CYCLE d&i awards will be stored for the TAIPEI CYCLE d&i awards exhibition. The exhibition at the Nangang Exhibition Hall starts on 20 March 2012 and ends on 23 March 2013. After the exhibition, products are returned directly to the warehouse and wait for picking up.

Return of products not winning an award
Submissions not winning an award will be packed after the jury session and stored, and will be returned after the exhibition.
Participants can also instruct your forwarding company to collect your products during the period of 14 until 25 Jan. 2013 at K+N Taiwan. Your entry-ID will be your reference number.

Fees for the return of products
All fees related to the return of products or to their disposal will be paid by the participant.
