Shipping your entries
Your entries must arrive no later than 5 August 2011. You can ship your entries to us by mail, courier or a forwarding company (see delivery address). As a competition participant you must pay the full cost of shipping.
We will not insure the products that are sent to us. We therefore recommend that you take out insurance yourself that covers your products against any damage or theft during shipping, storage and exhibition.
If you have registered more than one product, you can ship all products to us as one consignment. Please make sure that each individual product and its packaging is clearly labeled with the correct entry-ID and category number.

Shipping fees
Please make sure that you pay all shipping fees in full and that your entries are packed in reusable packaging.
We will not use any damaged or disposable packaging for the return of your entries. If we have to re-package your entry, we will invoice you any costs that may arise for buying new packaging material. All shipping fees for the return of your entries including all tax duties for import and export will have to be paid by you (by the person who registered the entry with us).
We require functional original products. Special bicycles must be delivered completely assembled and ready to ride; iF will not assume any responsibility for assembly. Large items should be presented as scale models or in the
form of large-format, instructive photos consisting of different detail shots.
Assembling your product yourself
Products that need to be assembled on site, that are very large or heavy, or products that include sensitive parts can be registered for self-assembly. iF will decide whether you can assemble your product yourself or whether it will be assembled by iF.
If you assemble your product yourself, please note that:
You will also have to provide all the necessary materials and tools yourself; please inform your carrier because any additional shipping costs will have to be paid by you
You will have to take care of the disposal of all packaging material
You will also have to disassemble your product yourself after it has been evaluated by the jury; this also applies to products that receive an award
Products that receive an award must be disassembled no later than 3 p.m.on the day after the jury session; this is necessary because all products that receive an award must be sent to Friedrichshafen in the late afternoon.

If you also need any non-award-winning products at EUROBIKE in Friedrichshafen, we would like to remind you that iF will not organize or assume the costs for the transportation of such items. Please consult your own logistics supplier and make the appropriate arrangements, if necessary, to have such items delivered to the show.
