An expert jury will select the award winners by a simple majority vote in a non-public jury session. There is no limit on the number of awards. The jury decision will be recorded in writing. It is final and cannot be contested. Legal recourse is explicitly excluded.

Award winners will be informed no later than 19 August 2011.

The GOLD award winners, however, will only be announced during the awards ceremony. In addition to the EUROBIKE AWARD, the jury will select one product of outstanding ecological and sustainability worth to receive the EUROBIKE GREEN AWARD.

Jury statements will only be published for those products that have won a GOLD award and for the product that wins the EUROBIKE GREEN AWARD.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any jury statements for products that have not received an award.

Each jury member is only allowed to participate in two consecutive jury sessions. The jury chairman has the right to grant exceptions to this rule.

If it turns out that a jury member is directly involved in one of the submitted products, they are no longer allowed to vote. Manufacturers are not allowed to be jury members.
