The registration fee includes the following services:
1. administration fee
2. jury
3. reception and storage of products submitted for jury evaluation
4. public relations

Participants must pay all transport and insurance fees. VAT will be added to all fees listed under 'Dates and Fees'. Since the competition takes place in Germany, all national and international contributions are subject to VAT (see (3a Abs.1 UStG - German tax legislation). Foreign companies can apply for reimbursement of VAT by using the form 'Antrag auf Verguetung der Umsatzsteuer'. Fees for award winners

iF packaging award yearbook 2011
The fees for the publication of your award-winning products in the iF packaging yearbook 2011 is EUR 500.00 for each award-winning product.
The iF packaging award yearbook will be published in a bilingual edition. If you are an award winner, the description of your products will have to be uploaded to the my iF area in both languages. You can commission us to have your descriptions translated for you. For this service we will charge you a fee of EUR 50.00.

iF online exhibition
Publication in the iF online exhibition is obligatory for all award-winning products. The fees are: EUR 200.00 for each award-winning product.

Special show at the interpack PROCESSES AND PACKAGING in Duesseldorf
The exhibition fees for the iF packaging award 2011 is: EUR 750.00 for each award-winning product.

This exhibition fee includes the following services:
1. administration fee
2. storage and set-up of products for the exhibition
3. advertising materials (use of label for an unlimited period of time, certificates, sculpture for iF gold award winners)
4. public relations

Shipping your entry and documentation for jury evaluation: must arrive no later than 17 December 2010 (your entry can arrive at our logistics partner between 1 November until 17 December 2010)
