Participation
In the iF packaging award, all kinds of packaging, packaging graphics, packing materials and packaging machines will be judged according to various criteria. Developers, manufacturers and designers can register for the iF packaging award. The market launch of the submitted products must have been within the last three years or must take place in the year of the competition. An exception to this rule applies for the category "08. packaging concepts" where innovative designs and prototypes that have not yet been launched in the marketplace can be submitted.
In order to acknowledge the range of submissions, the iF packaging award will be presented in eight categories.
