Delivery charges
Delivery must not be charged to iF. Any customs duties for import and export have to be paid by the participant.
After the jury session
There will be no return of submitted products.
Shipping your entry from outside Europe
To make sure your entry/entries arrives here safely from outside Europe without problems, we strongly recommend a CAP logistic service provider (eg. DHL, CNC, Fed-Ex etc). It should also be dispatched ddp - delivery duty paid. We do not recommend shipment from outside Europe using local postal services.
