Participation Fees
early bird

The registration fee, which must be paid by the participant, includes the following services:

• Administration
• Jury session
• Acceptance, storage and presentation of entries before the jury
• PR work
  

All shipping and insurance charges must be paid by the participant.

Award winner's fees

iF design award china yearbook
For each award-winning entry, an entry in the iF design award china yearbook is obligatory: EUR 300.00 per entry.

iF online exhibition
For each award-winning entry, representation in the iF online exhibition is obligatory: EUR 200.00 (plus VAT).

iF design award china exhibition
All winners of an iF award are obliged to participate in this exhibition. The fees for the 2009 exhibition are EUR 650.00 for each entry. iF will send an invoice as soon as the award winners have been announced.

The fees for the iF design award china exhibition include the following services:

• Administration
• Storage and presentation in the exhibition
• One-week exhibition in China
• Advertising material (logo, 2 certificates, sculpture for the award winners of the iF gold award)
• PR work

An entry can be withdrawn up to two weeks after registration. Participants who want to withdraw their entry can do so by contacting the iF team responsible for the competition. Please make sure you use your entry-ID when doing so.
The entrie will be evaluated by the jury using the available information at the date of the jury session. The participation fees must be paid in full even if participants do not send in their entries in time for the jury session.

Shipping of entries for jury presentation: 10 July until 25 July, 2010

Self set-up: iF will inform participants in due course about the dates for self-set-up and dismantling.

Jury session: August 2010 in Shanghai

Jury results: no later than 15 August 2010

Self-collection: iF will inform participants in due course about the dates for collecting their entries.
